Purple is one of my favorite colors, hence I find myself leaning toward creating more free header art in purple than in a lot of other colors. With purple being one of those colors that is easy on the eye, I feel purple works well as a header background for blogs of many kinds.
This free header art started with a simple rectangle of purple. I then tweaked it in many ways creating that which I’m showcasing.

Purple is a great color, isn’t it? Yes. I agree. With the software that’s available now, most anything is possible for tweaking photos. One never knows what the next click will lead to. I think that’s one of the reasons I enjoy it so much.

Ah, purple! One of my favorites, too! Incidentally, I had wanted to modify my blog’s header with a variation of my Junk Drawer logo with the lettering. But I don’t think I can change mine the way my author created it. It’s not something that’s a picture. It’s a gradient of a color, not a picture inset. Maybe some day…..
