For this post I’ve created solid blog header backgrounds in a variety of colors which measure 940 pixels x 198 pixels, sized to fit the WordPress Twenty-Ten theme. With so many colors to choose from, it was difficult to pick which ones would be best.
A solid colored header background gives you a chance to play with different fonts of different colors. Find colors that compliment the header background. Find fonts that represent your blog and what you are trying to convey.
As mentioned in the “How To” post, to download the header of your choice, just click on it. A new window will open and the header will appear. Right click on the image, find “save as” and download it to your computer.
Keep in mind, the colors may vary in appearance depending on the settings on your computer, tablet or mobile phone. I suggest viewing your blog on different devices to insure your blog is a representation of your desire.
